Proofreading and editing
We use specialists in the relevant literary field to edit the book. Editing is the correction of the text regarding essence and content. Proofreading is the correction of errors in style, grammar and punctuation.
Page layout
We offer professional page layout design – a variety of layout options, from which you can choose the one you like best and that suits your needs. Layout is done by professionals in their field, ensuring that each book is prepared according to the printing requirements, the specifics of the printing house and most importantly – ensuring a beautiful end result.
Cover design
The book cover designs in our publishing house are prepared by professional artists. We usually offer our customers several options, from which the customer can choose the one they like best. It is also possible to design the cover according to the customer's ideas and materials (photographs, drawings, etc.).
ISBN number / barcode
ISBNs are assigned to both traditional and electronic monograph-type publications – books, pamphlets, collections of articles, maps, etc. Usually, ISBN assignment is a paid service, but our publishing house does not charge authors any additional fee.
Book printing
We offer book printing both in the classical offset technology and in digital printing. Offset printing is available for print runs of more than 500 books, and digital printing is recommended even if you only want one book. There will be no difference in quality – in either case, the book will be printed at the highest quality standards.
E-book creation
We offer the creation of an e-book that can be read on all electronic devices that support the use of e-books. Your book will be accessible to all those who prefer to read books on devices.
Audio book creation
If you choose to create an audio book for your work, it will help your book reach a wider readership/listenership. Audio books are recorded in MP3 format by professional voice actors with extensive experience in audio production.
Book distribution
We not only publish the books, but also help with their distribution at the outlets. Within our publishing house it is possible to conclude distribution agreements with the retail chains Jānis Roze, Globuss and the wholesale company Latvijas grāmata.
